Classroom Support Grants

To help make sure that we give as much of the money we raise directly to our teachers and staff, we have instituted a classroom support grant program. To access funds from this program, you will purchase the items on your own and then fill out and submit a "Classroom Grant Reimbursement Request" for your purchases.

Submit the "Classroom Grant Reimbursement Request" form online (preferred) or download and fill out the below form. You can put the completed form (with receipts attached) in the PTA mailbox in the office or email it to info@shorewoodpta.org.

In order to streamline the submission of reimbursement requests and payments, we are using online forms and PayPal reimbursements. To facilitate the fastest payment to you, use the online "Classroom Grant Reimbursement Form" and select PayPal for your payment preference. PayPal payments will be processed within 14 days of submission. Paper checks may take up to 28 days to be processed. Paper checks must be deposited within 90 days.

For PayPal payments, you MUST include the email address to which you would like your payment directed. If you do not include the email address, a paper check will be issued to you.

***Remember, by submitting the Classroom Grant Reimbursement Request form, you are certifying that all purchases requested are in alignment with the Shorewood PTA mission and that all items purchased will remain at Shorewood Elementary.
